Eric Johnson has been building some of the most luxurious custom homes for home-owners in the Charlotte area since 1995. Eric is the founder and president of E.S. Johnson Builders, an award-winning custom home building company specializing in building beautiful homes for everyone, regardless of price range. As a child, Eric was always fascinated with building and creating, he worked odd jobs in construction while attending college. At the age of 18, he opened his first company, a landscaping business and worked for several years with local builders before opening up his own building company. Eric graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in economics and finance. Eric is a Boy Scout leader and a Little League football coach who enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife, Tammy. have two children and make their home in Cornelius, NC on the shores of Lake Norman.
As Eric’s experience in the field progressed, he decided to write a book for people interested in getting some background knowledge on the process of building their dream homes. The book, Building a Quality Custom Home: What you need to know, is packed with wisdom and practical knowledge on the subject matter.
